Refund policy

1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging (including garment bag or branded box, if applicable).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note:

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at info@epiquethreads.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly fulfilled.
4. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges when the requested size is available. If your preferred size is out of stock, you may opt for:

A store credit (valid for 6 months), or

A refund as per our policy above.
To request an exchange, please email info@epiquethreads.com within 14 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will resolve the matter promptly by replacing or refunding the item at no cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
