Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email info@epiquethreads.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and approving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available if the desired size is in stock; otherwise, a store credit or refund will be offered.
